Adelaide Seishikan Karate Club can trace our instructor's lineage back to the founder of Goju Ryu karate in Japan -  Chojun Miyagi Sensei. In short, this is the real deal!  Traditional karate is taught here at a very high standard centred on the art of karate Goju Ryu "The way of the open hand hard/soft style." This is a highly effective and powerful self defence system.
